Hours are Wed. 2:30-4:30pm, Thurs. 9:00-11:30am.
There may be up to a one-month wait. Make an appointment with the Nurse Practicioner if it is very important.
Exams are covered by Brandeis Insurance.
PAP tests cost $12.
Chlamydia tests cost $12.
May be paid by cash or check, or billed to mailbox.
With a doctor's prescription, diaphragms may be purchased at SSIS for $6.00. We carry sizes 65 to 95.
